Jenny Murray, the founding Director of Spectrum HR, has over 10 years HR experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Jenny has worked for many organisations including those in the Oil & Gas, IT, Finance and Public Relations sectors. Jenny has actively been involved in driving strategy within these businesses as well as delivering a hands-on HR approach in day to day activities.
